  • Very small class of 10-12 attendants only to insure the optimum performance for each attendant.
  • total immersion in the  environment of F&B (restaurant service, kitchen, room service, banquet), and front desk, spa-resort, Hotel's sales-marketing and customer care.
  • Optimization of multi-media and interactive informatics program for E-training, with a personal website for each attendant.  
  • Practice, practice and ... practice to make it PERFECT is the curriculum. 
  • Trained by the professionals in the field, with the Business - Technical English applied in the Hospitality Industry various sectors.
Schedule: 
Class 1 Tuesday - Thursday - 16:00-17:30 
Class 2 Tuesday - Thursday - 18:00-19:30 
Class 3 Tuesday - Thursday - 19:45-21:15
